Words from the Principal

Welcome to our school here in the Himalayas.  My name is Veda Pandeya. We are a loving community that believes in equality, and are based on the principles of Sri Aurobindo and Democratic Education.

I grew up in this ashram from the time I was four.  I went to school here, and later transferred for 10th-12th grades.  The ashram sent me to college in India, then to Germany for further study.  I later  returned here to make this school my life's work.

We welcome anyone who would like to visit or volunteer in our activities.
